Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Assistant Director in the Adult Residential Division, where you'll lead a dedicated team in supporting adults with serious mental illness. This role involves ensuring program compliance, providing supervision and training, and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance client recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the program
Conduct regular staff evaluations and training
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Participate in administrative meetings and case conferences
Document work in the Agency's EHR system
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years' experience
Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Knowledge of housing and supportive housing programs
