Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients according to licensure standards
Contribute to patient goal development and care planning
Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and assistive devices
Coordinate treatment schedules with interdisciplinary team
Monitor program effectiveness and develop new programs
Document all required patient information and care plans
Participate in discharge planning
Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist license from North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) certification within 6 months of start date
Current driver's license with acceptable driving record
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 months of start date
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
