Required Qualifications
1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
While licensing is preferred, it is not required; support for obtaining Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
