Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and transferring
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
12 hours continuing education required annually based on state requirements
