Job Description

Unit Description: We perform approximately 12,000 procedures annually - including 7,800 colonoscopies - and serve patients from all over Vermont and Northeastern New York. The screening, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal problems, including colon cancer is our specialty.

On Call: Required

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • The University of Vermont Health Network is moving toward an all Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) workforce. All external candidates hired into, or current employees promoted to, a RN position will be required to obtain their BSN as outlined in the terms of their offer letter.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
