Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Nights, 12-hour shifts)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential extension through December 1, 2026)
Guaranteed Hours: 12-hour Night Shifts, 36 hours per week
Weekly Stipend: $429.31
Weekly Taxable Pay: $642.42
Certifications and Licenses:
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
- NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration (must be uploaded at profile submission). This license is mandatory per NH state regulations for temporary staffing. More information can be found here: NH Nurse Agency Licensing.
- Additional certifications may include BLS and ACLS, as required by facility standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients within the ICU setting.
- Participate actively in patient and family education to support recovery and well-being.
- Provide leadership and foster teamwork by collaborating with ancillary staff and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, policies, and documentation protocols using Epic EMR.
- Be willing to float between units, including Med/Surg, Farnum, and Kingsbury, during shifts as needed, ensuring flexible coverage.
- Adhere to professional dress code—traveler-provided scrubs (no logos).
- Follow facility-specific protocols, including holiday coverage requirements and RTO (Return to Office) policies.
What You Bring:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in ICU or critical care environments, demonstrating the ability to handle complex patient cases.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care across disciplines.
- Ability to float between different units efficiently, maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, including mandatory holiday coverage.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing patient needs with minimal supervision.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Minimum of >2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with Epic EMR systems.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) recommended.
- Experience working in a hospital setting with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred.
