Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist donors, ensuring their safety
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System to maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
