Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test, adjust, calibrate, and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems
  • Maintain a functional knowledge of the operations software and hardware
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections of control instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures
  • Complete work order cycles and enter equipment history
  • Diagnose existing or potential trouble with plant electrical equipment
  • Clean, lubricate, calibrate, and adjust equipment
  • Install and place electrical equipment into service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo and Frequency Drives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical degree
