Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and deliver course content aligned with National EMS Education Standards
Post course materials on the learning platform
Coordinate assigned courses including planning, implementation, and evaluation
Provide lectures and supervise skill labs
Maintain accurate records of courses and students
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
Participate in test item development and revision
Support Clinical Coordinator and provide student tutoring as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required
Minimum 3 years of progressive field/clinical experience as a Paramedic or Emergency Nurse
Documented teaching experience
Licensed Paramedic or Registered Nurse in the program state
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
EMS education program development experience preferred
NREMT certification preferred
