Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Tech (OR Tech) for a 13-week travel assignment. The OR Tech will assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, including C-sections and robotic-assisted cases , ensuring a sterile field and proper handling of surgical instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile supplies for surgical procedures

• Scrub in and assist surgeons during cases, anticipating instrument and supply needs

• Maintain aseptic technique and enforce infection control standards

• Assist with robotic-assisted and obstetric (C-section) procedures

• Ensure proper instrument counts, equipment functionality, and OR readiness

• Support turnover and sterilization of instruments and supplies

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR Tech experience (required)

• Experience with C-sections and robotic-assisted surgery (required)

• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications (required)

• BSN preferred (if applicable)

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
