ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Santa Rosa, California.

Registered Nurse - PCU
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• Patient ratios up to 4:1 during winter surgery season with very high acuity patients
• Float to other units within scope of practice based on census and staffing needs
• Work on 20-bed telemetry unit caring for cardiac catheterization patients, CHF patients, and managing some drips
• Must have strong foundational knowledge of arrhythmias and management of symptomatic Afib and Bradycardia
• Experience required with titrating cardiac medications, post cardiac catheterization patient management, and advanced heart failure
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and valid California nursing license
• Epic charting experience preferred
• 2 years of nursing experience required for submission
• All certifications must be AHA certified and in hand at time of submittal
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at reduced rate)
• Orientation includes non-billable modules averaging 1-5 hours completed through e-learning

The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular services including cardiac catheterization procedures and advanced heart failure management. The healthcare organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic charting systems to support clinical documentation and patient management.
