Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director, where you will lead a team to create engaging educational experiences for children. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively, maintaining licensing and educational standards
Partner with parents for the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Strong desire to make a difference every day
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage in physical activity
Proficiency in English
