The Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy for patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and providing clinical drug information. This role includes training and educating staff, requiring a licensed pharmacist with pharmacy school graduation and preferably hospital experience. Description

$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for participating in the training, orientation and education of staff.

Required qualifications:

  • A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience
