Job Description
Join Medical City Dallas as an RN Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance patient outcomes and support nursing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality.
Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to improve outcomes.
Engage in service recovery when necessary.
Support staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Assist with inventory control and supply management.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date)
Basic Cardiac Life Support
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider (must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date)
Associate Degree
