Experience:
- 2 years of PT HH experience (experience must be recent)
- Home Health experience required
- HCHB/OASIS Experience required (recent experience; no more than 1 year gap)- Must have HCHB/OASIS experience
- Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required
- No more than 1 year gap
- All documentation due same day
- Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average26-28)
- That could mean 3 people or 7 people
- About 20-25 cases per week. 5-7points per day
- Absolute must - true home health experience, Oasis/HCHB documentation

Case types:
Orientation: About 2-3 days of orientation. Modules, get intro to the team
Other Details: - Once a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur). Mandatory in person
- Hours: Branches are open 8am - 5pm, they may have patients who want to be seen before or after.
- Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patient's home.
- Absolute must - true home health experience, HCHB/Oasis documentation
- Mileage will be reimbursed at .70/per mile
