Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Return Agent, where you'll provide excellent customer service in an outdoor setting. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and valuable benefits while ensuring a positive experience for customers returning their rental cars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers return their rental cars
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage
  • Check cars into the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular, on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience
