Job Description

Join Arbor Acres as a Certified EMT/Security Officer, where you'll respond to emergencies, ensure resident safety, and maintain security on campus. Your expertise will play a critical role in the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all Independent Living emergency calls
  • Assess emergencies and provide appropriate care
  • Document emergency calls in Electronic Medical Record
  • Monitor fire alarms and assist nursing staff
  • Conduct security patrols and rounds
  • Assist emergency vehicles on campus
  • Perform light maintenance duties
  • Transport residents as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Basic EMT Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • NC Drivers License
  • CPR certification within three months

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two years experience
  • Bilingual
