Key Responsibilities
Obtain patient signatures for required documents
Manage occupational medicine registration workflow
Maintain medical records and correct registration errors
Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
Ensure continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems
Participate in care planning with the multidisciplinary team
Comply with HIPAA and OSHA requirements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical front office position
Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Knowledge of Epic EMR software
Access to reliable transportation
