Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Senior Certified Nursing Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. Provide compassionate care and assist residents with their daily needs in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and vital signs
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff
Support other clinical staff and lead problem-solving efforts
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
12 hours of continuing education required annually
Restorative Nursing training within 6 months
