Key Responsibilities
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents
Cultivate strong customer relationships and escalate issues as necessary
Adhere to licensing requirements and safety measures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
EPA Refrigerant Certification
5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
5+ years working with chillers
Pass examination regarding Building Trades Journeyman
Able to lift 50lbs and stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods
Current union member or willing to join a union
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
Experience with data centers
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of ServiceMax
