Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a Fleet Clerk and be part of a dynamic team! This role involves clerical support, vehicle coordination, and maintaining essential records in a fast-paced environment, with great benefits and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
  • Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
  • Maintain records of car movements and registrations
  • Process invoices and communicate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to work outside on occasion or near a mechanical shop
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk and hear/listen, move throughout the location and drive a variety of vehicles as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months office clerical experience
  • Knowledge of auto parts and tools
