Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a B2B Sales Representative and become part of a growing team. You'll manage a significant portfolio, acquire new business, and drive sales while leveraging innovative tools and strategies to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales, manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain strategic growth plans for accounts
  • Utilize enablement tools to manage customer data and pipeline
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
