Schedule & Hours

  • Shift: Night shift (NOC) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • On Call: Not required
  • Overtime: After 40 hours per week
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room -  (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will work night shifts, delivering critical interventions and comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population. The role requires adaptability, excellent clinical judgment, and strong communication skills.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary care team.
  • Manage care for patients presenting with trauma, medical emergencies, and behavioral health crises.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, hospital policies, and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license (state of Georgia or compact state, in hand at submission).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA) required.
  • Proficiency in Epic or similar EMR strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment.
