Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clinical and administrative oversight and strategic planning for programs
  • Ensure delivery of efficient, quality service and care
  • Analyze program needs and develop goals aligned with organizational strategy
  • Proactively identify and implement departmental process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with governing bodies' standards
  • Manage staff relations, performance, and scheduling
  • Distribute work and delegate to develop colleagues
  • Maintain professional competence and knowledge
  • Lead the development of programming to meet clinical and strategic needs

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Service field
  • Two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare related setting
  • Three (3) years of experience as a licensed Clinician
  • Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC (LCSW preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Utilize supervision and team approaches in the context of patient assessment and clinical interventions
  • Demonstrates competencies to meet age specific patient needs
  • Excellent communication skills
