Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Muncie, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Shift: Nights | 4x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13–16 weeks
Experience Required: 2+ years ICU experience

Details:
18-bed open critical care unit with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio (1:1 for high acuity). Travelers must float to Progressive Care. No ECMO, Transplant, or NeuroTrauma. Common cases include Respiratory Failure, Sepsis, CHF, STEMI, and post-surgical patients.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required

 

Skills: Dysrhythmia interpretation, IV/arterial line management, cardiac drips, ventilator management, IV sedation

 

Other Info:

• Locals not accepted (except for Surgical Services & Allied)
• Every 3rd weekend required
• COVID vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• License must be in hand before submission
