Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and play a crucial role in delivering superior collision repair service. You will educate customers, manage repair processes, and ensure quality standards while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair processes to ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians
Pre-close final repair orders and handle paperwork
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
