Job Description

Join Sanofi as the Director of Affordability in the Patient Support Services team, where you'll develop strategies to enhance patient access to therapies in Immunology. You'll lead innovative initiatives to ensure affordability offerings evolve with market dynamics, making a real impact on patient health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive affordability strategy for pharmacy benefit design
  • Ensure strategy aligns with company’s overall mission and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights
  • Manage relationships with copay assistance program vendors
  • Establish operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Ensure development of appropriate business process within Sanofi’s CRM system
  • Lead the Affordability COE leadership team

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in affordability program management, patient support services, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in patient support services, healthcare management, call centers, or a related area within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in patient program consolidations and/or conversions
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, policy implications, and best practices in patient affordability and access
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MFin) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional roles and collaborating with leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
