Job Description
As a Collections Associate at FM, you will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow by ensuring timely payment of premiums. This position involves working collaboratively with internal teams and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and collect all premiums due
Timely follow-up on delinquent payments
Support resolution of outstanding premium
Review and reconcile bordereaux payments
Maintain accurate communication within ERP system
Provide supporting documentation for invoicing queries
Conduct ad hoc requests as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred or equivalent education and work experience
1+ year in collections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounts receivable and experience in collections
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in collections
PeopleSoft experience
