Job Description
Join Accel Therapies as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead the implementation of treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental needs. Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
Support internal curriculum and clinical resources
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
