Connected Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Van Monitor for the 2025–2026 school year. This position involves providing medical supervision for a student during transportation between Harvard and Norwood, MA.
Position Details:
Ride with the student from Harvard to Norwood and back each school day
Split shift schedule: 7:45 AM – 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 4:45 PM
Significant mid-day break between shifts
Student experiences seizures and requires continuous medical monitoring during transit
MA LPN or RN license required
Responsibilities:
Provide medical supervision and intervention as needed during transport
Monitor the student’s health status and respond appropriately in emergencies
Collaborate with school staff and parents regarding the student’s needs
Requirements:
Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license
Experience with seizure management preferred
CPR and First Aid certification
Strong communication skills and attentiveness
