Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season, offering a fully remote work environment. This role involves helping clients navigate tax complexities, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless tax preparation experience using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer information securely
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active PTIN
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to obtain related state licenses or certificates
