Key Responsibilities
Address resident service requests promptly
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks
Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds
Conduct regular community inspections for necessary repairs
Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Service Manager
Required Qualifications
Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Computer literacy
Effective communication skills in English
Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends
EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II or Universal certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to respond to emergencies after normal business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school certification/diploma
Managerial experience
Residential or commercial property management experience
Hospitality or retail experience
