Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part Time Customer Return Representative and be a vital part of our team! In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with their rental car returns.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers return their rental cars
Meet and greet customers
Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage to cars
Check cars into the computer system while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience
