Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical intervention and cultural competent services
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary services
Complete client assessments and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with service providers
Participate in case conferences and staff meetings
Document resident interactions and file incident reports
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Fluent in American Sign Language
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Willingness to work with individuals with experiences of mental illness and substance use
