As the National Account Director for CVS GenMeds, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance market access through partnerships, manage national accounts, and drive revenue growth. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategy for national accounts focusing on PBM and GPO relationships
Serve as primary liaison with key national accounts
Identify new opportunities within PBM/GPO channels
Lead high-level contract negotiations
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams for market access strategy
Monitor industry trends and analyze market performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in market access or national account management
Experience managing complex PBM/GPO relationships
Successful track record in contract negotiations
