Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to lead the healthcare team, driving client satisfaction and business performance. This hybrid position requires significant client interaction and expert management of client accounts, ensuring optimal delivery and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Define client problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams
Required Qualifications
15+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology
Proven track record in leading sales and programs
Ability to navigate a large organization
Strong analytical and conceptualization skills
Forecasting and P&L management experience
