Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers
Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
Assign tasks and provide direction
Enforce safety regulations and company policies
Monitor inventory and request supplies
Report progress to project managers
Train or mentor new workers
Required Qualifications
Supervisory experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
Knowledge of safety regulations
