Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN System Float ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements

⚠️ Critical Requirements
  • Must be able to titrate cardiac drips.
  • Travelers must pass:
    • Dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer – max 2 attempts
      • Failure = DNU (Do Not Use) for 6 months at all CSH AZ & Sac facilities
    • Sim Lab (Day 1) – pass/fail
      • Failure = sent home + DNU for 6 months
  • Floating:
    • Between Tele & Med-Surg units , and may include: ICU (stable patients), Cardiac Tele, holding areas (Cath Lab, ER, Observation, even hallway beds)
    • Floating between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses (9 miles apart; ~15-minute drive, must clock out/in when moving)
    • May float mid-shift (rarely between campuses mid-shift)
  • Orientation: 2-day floor-specific orientation

  • Drips: Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine (titrate down only)
