- Travelers must pass:
- Dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer β max 2 attempts
- Failure = DNU (Do Not Use) for 6 months at all CSH AZ & Sac facilities
- Sim Lab (Day 1) β pass/fail
- Failure = sent home + DNU for 6 months
- Floating:
- Between Tele & Med-Surg units , and may include: ICU (stable patients), Cardiac Tele, holding areas (Cath Lab, ER, Observation, even hallway beds)
- Floating between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses (9 miles apart; ~15-minute drive, must clock out/in when moving)
- May float mid-shift (rarely between campuses mid-shift)
- Orientation: 2-day floor-specific orientation

- Drips: Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine (titrate down only)
