Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise food production activities and ensure quality standards
  • Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef in their absence
  • Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Conduct quality control checks and monitor compliance
  • Guide and develop kitchen staff
  • Implement cost budget and initiate corrective actions when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA)
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience managing large-scale food prep
  • Skilled in managing food costs and inventory planning
  • High standards for food presentation and cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
