Key Responsibilities
Supervise food production activities and ensure quality standards
Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef in their absence
Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards
Conduct quality control checks and monitor compliance
Guide and develop kitchen staff
Implement cost budget and initiate corrective actions when necessary
Required Qualifications
Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA)
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Experience managing large-scale food prep
Skilled in managing food costs and inventory planning
High standards for food presentation and cleanliness
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
