Key Responsibilities
Function independently ensuring all event aspects are addressed
Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of banquet functions
Monitor food and service quality standards
Supervise guest counts and billing
Conduct staff meetings and communicate regularly with staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years' experience in hotel banquet management
Prior experience as a banquet captain and server in a 4-diamond hotel
Previous cash handling experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to maintain positive relationships in a high-pressure environment
Current service of alcohol training program certification or certification within 3 months of hiring
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RTP and Workday
Knowledge of Delphi software
Previous experience with food service administrative functions
