Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain VRV/VRF systems and commercial HVAC equipment
Work with building automation systems (BAS)
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers
Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety regulations
Be available for on-call rotations and overtime
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
EPA Universal Certification
Must have own hand tools
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in VRV/VRF systems
Experience with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
