This role is essential in ensuring that all fabricated parts meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while supporting timely production goals. Ensuring fabricated parts meet company and customer quality standards.Supervising, training, and providing technical support to fabricators.Conducting inspections of welds, cuts, bends, and other fabrication elements.Collaborating with HR and supervisors for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience.A minimum of 6 years in a fabrication, welding, or supervisory role within manufacturing.Experience working with brake presses, saws, welders, and other metal fabrication tools.Knowledge of quality control practices in a production setting.Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.Work primarily in a shop environment, with occasional office tasks.Work Schedule:Full-time position with hours set by the department manager.Occasional mandatory overtime during high production periods.About Us:Warren, LLC has been a trusted name in truck equipment manufacturing since 1993.
