Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Sales Business Development Representative where you'll build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales in a supportive and inclusive environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing team while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service
  • Drive sales and achieve profit margins for existing accounts
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on products and programs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective relationship building skills
  • Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • High level of business acumen and sales strategy
