Position: Certified Respiratory Therapist

Position Type: Contract

Shift: 12hr Nights

Location: Lehi, UT

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments such as nebulizers, MDI therapy, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot ventilators and airway support equipment.
• Perform patient respiratory assessments including breath sounds, vitals, and pulmonary function.
• Set up, maintain, and assess artificial airways including endotracheal and tracheostomy tubes.
• Respond to emergency situations including codes, rapid response calls, and airway management needs.
• Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs), analyze results, and report critical values to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create and adjust respiratory care plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of CRT experience
• RT License - Utah
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
