Key Responsibilities

Notify Occupational Health Manager of pertinent changes in employees' health
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree
Current LPN license in state of employment
Certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
