Job Description
Join Natchaug Hospital as a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll lead clinical services for children and adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
Provide direct patient care including case management and crisis intervention
Refer patients to appropriate care levels and resources
Assist in programming coordination and staff scheduling
Support hiring processes and clinician productivity
Provide clinical social work interventions
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related Human Service field
Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Clinician working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population
Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or PsyD
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver's License

Experience in leading clinical care teams
