Job Description

Join Natchaug Hospital as a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll lead clinical services for children and adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
  • Provide direct patient care including case management and crisis intervention
  • Refer patients to appropriate care levels and resources
  • Assist in programming coordination and staff scheduling
  • Support hiring processes and clinician productivity
  • Provide clinical social work interventions

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related Human Service field
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Clinician working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population
  • Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or PsyD
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading clinical care teams
