Key Responsibilities
Manage creation of screening assets and programs
Collaborate with the GTMC Omnichannel lead
Lead the Early Detection Field Insight Team
Establish and track KPIs
Provide brand direction to commercial teams
Oversee submission of jobs into Veeva
Work with HCP Insights team for data gathering
Contribute to strategy development and brand planning
Ensure compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years in Marketing/Sales or cross-functional leadership roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Demonstration of complex project management success
Ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders
Team orientation and agility
Experience with MLR review process
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience managing advertising agencies
Proficiency in multichannel integrated marketing
Ability to travel approximately 25%
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Launch experience
Experience in diabetes or patient screening/Specialty/Rare disease space
MBA or other advanced degree
