Key Responsibilities
Support provision and quality of nursing services at the facility level
Coordinate activities that align with Providence Health & Services System and Regional goals
Ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction for staff, patients, and physicians
Promote evidence-based practice in care delivery
Manage productivity targets in response to changing patient volumes and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
6 years Nursing experience in progressive leadership roles
5 years of Clinical experience in cardiac ambulatory and/or cardiac interventions
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
