Job Description

Join Boston Children's Hospital as a Speech-Language Pathologist I, specializing in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support program growth in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
  • Evaluate and manage patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia
  • Perform instrumental swallowing assessments, including Modified Barium Swallow studies
  • Provide family education, support, and case coordination
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation related to evaluations and treatments
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
  • Support the expansion of feeding therapy services

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
