Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Follow and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain work order files and formulas
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Assist in making deliveries
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least a High School diploma or GED
  • One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
