Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Process sales transactions accurately
Follow and achieve sales goals
Maintain work order files and formulas
Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
Tint and mix products to customer specifications
Stock shelves and set up displays
Clean store equipment
Load/unload delivery trucks
Assist in making deliveries
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales
Required Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship
Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
At least a High School diploma or GED
One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
